Re-attaching an Industrial Sensor Cover
When removing the top of the sensor housing to replace batteries, re-seat a seal, or disconnect the power switch, carefully unscrew the screws.
Once you finish with maintenance, use a torque wrench or screwdriver with the following specifications for securing the screws to the top of the housing. Tighten screws using a Phillips head bit set to 0.9 Nm / 7.9 in-lbs. Tighten the screws in a star pattern to not put undue pressure on one side of the seal, or pop the seal out one side.
Remember:
- Before mounting the housing, make sure to secure your leaded sensor where you want it to monitor, then mount your housing where you want it.
- Do not tighten the gland on the housing. It is sealed where it needs to be.
- Do not overtighten the housing screws.

ဘက်ထရီအစားထိုးရန်အတွက် Sensor ၏ အပေါ်ဖက်အဖုံးကို ဖယ်ရှားသည့်အခါ၊ Seal ကိုဖြုတ်ပြီးပါ (ပြန်တပ်လျှင်ဖြုတ်ထားသည့်အတိုင်းပြန်တပ်ပါ) ပြီးလျှင် ပါဝါခလုတ်ကိုလည်း ပိတ်ပါ၊ ဖြုတ်သောအခါတွင်လည်း ဝက်အူ (Screw) များကို ဂရုတစိုက်ဖြုတ်ဖို့လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု ပြုလုပ်ပြီးသည်နှင့်၊ ဝက်အူ (Screw) များကို အဖုံးအိမ်၏ထိပ်သို့ လုံခြုံစေရန် အောက်ပါသတ်မှတ်ချက်များဖြင့် torque wrench သို့မဟုတ် ဝက်အူလှည့် ကို အသုံးပြုပေးပါ။ 0.9 Nm / 7.9 in-lbs အားလောက်သာ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Phillips ခေါင်းကို အသုံးပြု၍ ဝက်အူ Screw များကို တင်းကျပ်ပါ။ အဖုံးကိုကျပ်သည့်အခါ တစ်ဖက်တည်းတွင် ဖိအားမကျရောက်စေရန် သို့မဟုတ် Seal တစ်ဖက်တည်းကိုပဲ ဝန်မပိစေရန် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါကြယ်ပုံစံအတိုင်း ဝက်အူ (Screw) များကို တင်းကျပ်ပါ။
မှတ်ထားရန်-
- အပေါ်ဖုံးမတပ်ဆင်မီ၊ သင်စောင့်ကြည့်လိုသည့်နေရာတွင် သင်၏ Sensor အဖုံးကို ကို လုံခြုံအောင် အရင်ပြုလုပ်ပြီးမှ Sensor တပ်ဆင်မည့်နေရာတွင် တပ်ဆင်ပါ။
- အဖုံးတပ်ဆင်သည့် နှစ်ခုကြားကို အရမ်းမတင်းကြပ်ပါနှင့်။ လိုအပ်သလောက်ပဲကျပ်ဖို့လိုအပ်ပြီး Seal ပံမပျက်အောင် တပ်ဆင်ပေးပါ။
- အဖုံးအပေါ်ရှိ ဝက်အူ (Screw) များကိုလည်း အရမ်း မတင်းကြပ်ပါနှင့်။
